oh this is cheryl's like ultimate ice cream journey this week:

monday: anticipation of the imminent depression from not being able to eat ben and jerry's on free cone day(aka tuesday)

tuesday: Being an AWESOME FANTABULOUS friend, i waited in line for a free cone at ben and jerry's, for my wonderful gnia. ohmygawd there was like 5 cones in front of my very eyes.but yes cheryl being the excellent crosser, RESISTED HERSELF. -wink.

wednesday: oooh race day. after race: 3 pizzas, seaweed, 3 drumlets and gula melacca ice cream. yum, and i feel lipids synthsizing within me.

thursday: OH! felt terribly unwell.had a terrible headache so had to uhm, skip a day of school.

friday: miraculous recovery!felt so good that i had a banana split tht night!( 2 scoops of gelare) which is by the way, 95% fat free. IN YOUR FACE LOL.

saturday: oh i had hotcakes which is like the warmer version of ice cream.(:

sunday: i had banana java coffee! hahahaha. from starbucks. but it was really annoying cuz the choclate bits kept getting stuck in the straw.

and finally, i ran.
hopefully, all the darling lipids have met their death! WOOTZ.

yay and i guess things turned out quite well. i felt as if i was flying. like i felt unusually light and just pressing on.not sure how i did though.but all results are for Him anyway.

cross season is so stressful.and so tiring.im so exhausted all the time.

18th april is coming so soon!

i guess i'll just aim for a personal best, and remember to push myself! delphine is really so motivating and im glas she's my running partner for the race.

its so stressful. they say i can cut down 1 minute in like, 2 weeks? haai how can?. i guess im afraid to push myself. cant wait to get my wonderful adizero racers though.

today's training was terrible. in the 8.7k run i was like lagging behind everybody by so much. i know i wasn't pushing myself but i just couldnt bring myself to open up my stride and go faster. oh why! but at least the team is really encouraging, cuz i know i really am very scared.

today is a great daay. =)

i so love mira grace gnia tiff kris and alex. the non-physics gang! and i really still wanna stay in the hostel because i never wanna let go of them =( i guess it hasnt sunk in yet. im still in this surreal state that oh life is going to be as per normal, im gng to end school on monday at 1030,and then gym with gnia and then go grab food at clementi and pig out and then go back and sleep and then meet grace and alex and go for grocery shopping and have dinner..

but no
its not gng to happen.its never gng to happen again. and i failed to treasure the last time it happened. =( but i guess memories are all close to the heart.

but well, i guess not many people arent very happy with me. and i guess it all boils down to my fault. im sorry. i hope that things will be fine between us. maybe it is good that i leave. things will get better?i suppose.

although i really <3 our gang of people. if i ever do leave, ill miss them so much.

i've realised everything comes with a price. its always good and bad together, but neither at once. it kinda sucks sometimes cuz we always want everything good to happen.

robertson walk is a beautiful place for all the couples out there who want a romantic time.or more like walk.the river is so calm and soothing,and the wind carresses your face. and the atmosphere is amazing.many alfresco bars and restarants situated there which can guarantee a good but expensive meal.hey, but a dinner date is always good.a once in a while splurging is fine(:

anyway luckily cheryl went to the gym! haha. saw so many familiar faces.like the raffles skinny tan guy,the fbt mom and fbt daughter were there again! had seen them last week.haha. yeah ran for 22 mins on the treadmill before doing sit ups and arm workout. but not enough calories burnt for the bingeing i did today! gosh i actually tried the banana ice fruit snack thing after dinner. how greedy can i get. but it was so yummy, and tasted just like bananas melted on ice.

guess that well even though i cant go for destination where,i guess God wants me to spend more time wiht the family. Honour your father and mother ayeee.hostel in a few weeks,guess the most mature thing is to have more family time.

HAHA chalet daay rocks my rocks. the best times with the bestest people in the whole wide world.not else to say.it was awesome great.haha undescribable.

YAY im back from:

and i have chalet day tmr yay yay yay yay. hope i can wake on time im so sleepy and tired zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

did my 10km run in 1h and 1 min. sighh was aiming for below an hour,butbutbutbut cannnot! WAHAHAH. at least i ran without stopping so technically i ran the longest in my whole life !!!

oooh and then track camp was really fun! hahaha. training was tiring. like the 12min run plus drills plus 200 times 6. the day after 10km. but it felt really goood. yay and the team's really comfortable with each other and im really thankful for that. dinner was PIZZA(fatfatfat) in the staff pantry!haha.

hahah we went to clementi at 11pm!(: talked and gossiped and bitched whateverr. then walked back, then went to roll out our sleeping bags in the staff room and then read magazines and bitched about celebrities and fashion. OH and we were reading our horoscope! poor mel spends too much $$$ HAHAHAH. oooh mel we must go shopping okay! and look MATURE.

yeah then slept nicely in the aircon room. poor nanos didnt sleep well.

day2! we woke up at 615 for our morning 40min run. haha sheesh im so sway its the cramping time of the month booo. so painful after the run. haha we went for breakfast then back to the staffroom to act like cam whores then went to vivo for lunch! poor aaron had to rush off. haha and then clement was the only gy so it was really so funny. then we went back to NAP. and it was training! hahaha. we were so dead tired all of us. hahaha then went to drink bubble teaa!HAHA. nanos are so cute lah.

yay its one of the rare times that the whole team actually stuck together as one, not many. no cliques,jsut one NUShigh track team. even though u think we have no hope, we're gng to train hard! (:

YAY(: horror cafe was a huge success, just as i knew it would be. we earned a total of $430, and that is A LOT.YAY thank you 405 for working so hard to make this such a success.YAY go 405, we really rock!

food committee did great(haha,cuz im in it :D) by making wonderful gravediggers(YAY me and yunwei will beam here),which are milo dinosaurs with ahballings,and handdrawn to look like eyes.and sheperds pie was great(: Oh, there was great cookie corspes done by kegan.gingerbread men who have died. and the campire family made me mee!(: oooh and there was the drinks! the mixing done by all of us! cant believe some joker ordered the HOHOHO challenge. It was rose syrup with ice lemon tea with pandan with lemon with vanilla and with almond.

yeah and well done to the publicity crew and the deco crew and service crew.the classroom look much horrified and the our dear mentor's photo was all around the school,much publicised!haha tiff and mira dressed up for the occassion wooot. yay good job to the audio visual team, excellent screenings of Shutter and Ju-on.oh my GOD LA.the movies are so freaky!i was hiding behind a door and zhaoye!they were so freaky!like that stupid little boy called Toshio just HAD TO APPEAR EVERYWHERE.

yay i still feel very happee todaay.probably because i freaked the guts out of this ten year old and eight year old boy just now.i was just being friendly,those dao little idiots.

okay well i got back the results today but whatever i cant really seem to be bothered that much.haha its just i've realised life is more than results.sure yeah we work our butt off,but what makes us so satisfied with our lives is not the results,but the love,the experiences,the sadness,happiness that are imprinted so deeply into our minds.

i'm glad i finished my book,i can start on a new one now!but i'm not exactly pleased with the ending.stupid girl didnt find love.and i'm a possible candidate for brain tumours.i feel like pain arising...its coming..ahhh!!!

i'm so touched by the book.its so amazing that the love was so powerful.like each letter had a Ps,I love you... wow i'm gng to do that too.i think i really should remember the loved ones ever day,they can fade away, but they memory will never ever do so.its like yeah we are people who do wrong,who have had more than one bad hair day,but we are people full of memories,each so precious and unforgettable,and we're ready to make many,many more memories,to experience true love,and follow where our heart leads us.

just came back from church.

haha last baptism class today wow time flies!oh no i need to go for a baptism briefing next week but then there's the whole thing about psl camp and bahh i dont know what to know.oh my pastor henry called mommy today cuz i was 10minutes late,scareyy.
went for jym today[for once]wheee we played captain's ball haha how crappy i was wearing my nice shirt and jeans la.yay but it was quite fun anyways!and i had to shower twice lurrh.zzzz.

i think i sound really hyper but im not really.oh well.been getting like headahces a lot.like everyday lately.and i kinda am reading this book about a guy who had frequent migranes and it turned out that he had a growing tumour in his brain and he died like a few months later.oh craap.i'm gng to dieee!haha.

i ran todaay,about 5km.and i ran on friday.i ran to pandan valley that side,past the new internaitonal school then back up to jelita,then to the holland v side then ran back home.wonder how long it was.i am like aaching now but there is no reason to,stupid cheryl.like wth la. i think i was really slow and i didnt really like feel the spring in the step.maybe its the flu.had to like cough now and then.stupid phelgmn.i dont feel the want to run faster.its so sickening that i'm getting so complacent.i hope that once my cough's gone with the wind i can really put my whole heart into running.i just wish that my passion won't die out.i want that passion once again to push myself,to go beyond my limits.sighh but its not happening cuz i keep pulling myself back into the comfort zone.i hope we can go fer track camp.whee it sounds fun go to johor!!!

-the gain is ALWAYS white.(oh my i was actually looking for it-.-)
-when u hear highfeedback, turn down the high hi and turn up the mids and the Lo,LOWER GAIN.
-when u hear low feedback, turn up the Lo high and turn down the mids and the Low,LOWER GAIN.
-when anything is too loud,dont finetune,LOWER THE GAIN!(can u believe dear cheryl here)
-increase overall volume
-make sure the worship leader can be heard.the rest a bit can liao.

woohoo.havent blogged properly for a lonng time.whee okay.

haha ran in the morning today.wow it was another of those nice runs.where the pace was so even that you felt like you could go on forever.it was like breathe in,one two step, breathe out.my heart was going at such a rhythmic beat.and i was breathing through my nose all the time except for the last round.ran 18 in total.haha.although i guess i wasnt running really fast,i think i was reaaaaaaaallllllllyyyyy slow.it was just the feeling of achieving the optimum pace that kept me going.i could still run somemore,but guess it was getting late.10km doesnt seem so hard now!yayy thank God for a goood run.all runs are for God!haha.

coool today was a fairly happy day.after 2 emo angry angry days, i finally feel much happier and i hope that it will stay this way.now i dont know why i got so angry anyway.quite hilarious when i think about it.

okay lah things kinda went like this.i went to church till in the emo mood.was emoemoemo.during worship, i realised that i was being selfish.my purpose here is to let God use me in His will, not emo my life away till i transform into one.Jesus commanded us to make disciples of the nations, i dont think i can do that when im a galloping emo huh.

yeah again there is the challenge to do quiet time in the morning!i shall try again!was quite failure last week cus i am sooo sleepy.only managed 2 successful ones in the morning!but it does make a difference when u do it in the morning.u kinda thinkabout God more throughout the day.have to remind myself that with God, all things are possible.

spoke to peiwen today.ohmygosh i cant wait till os and till eoys are over!and that party at zouk with her!i looove going out with her.shopping,concerts and stuff!and jiayun!those heart to heart talks are so non existent now that exams are so near,miss ya loads.denise!you were at coffee bean today.i really wanna meet up with you again!owe ya the letter.

went for baptism class today.its coool. pastor henry was emphasizing on the importance of quiet time.if we abide by the word, we will only be doing good things.if we allow the word to speak to our inner life, it will show through our outer life as well.he said somthing that struck me today.smthing that made me ponder quite a lot.

why do we think its so difficult for God to speak to us?

in fact,God can speak to us everyday,every moment.He is probably speaking to us now,just we dont think its him,we think its us!we cant underestimate Him!

baptism seems so surreal.!what a big event!

on another note,i gobbled my lunch down in record time today.cuz service just ended and baptism class starting so i bought the church chicken rice and ate so quickly.it was really nice although the chilli was hot!and quiches SUCK.im sucha pig.getting fatter cheryl.

i saw my shoes,they are 29.90.ok lah.and its a brown base with a black peppered with cherries top.sweet.im getting bimboer each day.i miss sc too much!
yay i actually committed to running yesterday and today! thank God! haha i reached neverending running mode today.the wonderful weather.ran at like 6.50 to 7.20!whoosh.

i think campaigning is so scareey. >.<

lalala.i went shopping.i found the shopping passion back!went to some place called icon with little cute shops selling stuff that is bargainable.i got this super coolpretttaayyye shirt okays!and some sweet little accessory thing.omgoodness im like turning into some airhead,whatever.haha.shopping is fun.havent gotten my new shoes though.ate at gthis cool little joint that serves reasonable spaghetti.i ate so much today!!ha.i had durian toast and it was awesome!!i love durian.

its such a big decision to campgian for psl.maybe i shouldnt.maybe i should.i shall pray about it.its just i dont know what to expect.and its a big leap forward for me.really want this chance to make a change.but afraid of so many things.

crap i might not be able to swim this tuesday.man i need to work out!im getting fat.i shall diet next week.haha.

went for psl meeting today.it is real cool actually.realised that yeah i really do want to be a psl and make a change to our school.it seems quite surreal,but yeah i think im willing to commit.and maybe change too.if God wants me to do this,i guess he will let me get in.if not nevermind,its God's will anyway.He has other plans for me if i dont get in.

just i really duno whr i should like go for elections.dunno whr i can get into the psl board.im afraid of elections! and campgaining! ahh.

sigh, its really sad, Steve Irwin the Crocodile Hunter has passed away..never thought he would, he seem so brave and like dont seem to get any damage or injury while handling all the dangerous stuff, and yet he gets killed by the not-so-dangerous animal.his shows were great la. now no more steve irwin shows to watch..goodbye Steve Irwin, may the Lord be with you.

pahang is over! its such a great camp! so much better than last yrs camp.last yr the organisers are like some big boss think they some big shot. whole day boss ppl ard, thats not even called an adventure camp. so strict for what, go camp for enjoyment right..not to get bossed around.

anyway, PAC WEST rocks la! i love the way they organise their activities. pahang was really nice, so sad ppl chose not to go.

i just came back from pahang.i am soo tired.and i still suspect there is a hidden leech bite somewhere on my body.scully is on my ass!nooooo.leeches are so gross.they like move in this weird manner and like stand up straight to sense us.they almost got onto me!i was screaming like shit and ben is my leech exterminator!arghh.horrible laaa.

i dont wanna go back to that leechy place anymore.i will just live in fear.but my 2.4 there will be twice as fast.maybe i should live there after all.then maybe i can clock like 9minutes 2.4 or smth wahaa.

i wonder if i lost weight.i hope i do,if not ill have to diet more.or maybe i should just go into continual dieting mode.and lose weight!argh im so fat.haha.and greeedy.

think everyone had a lot of fun,which was very good.i dont know if i did.i got sick halfway and still am sick.so ah oh well.nvm.

haha havent been blogging in a while.guess i've been busy and like too lazy.haha.

its teacher's day today.happy teachers day to all teachers who read this(im quite sure there is quite a few teachers who read this)yay thanks to all of the teachers who taught me cuz its difficult to teach me!sorry if i was bad in class or in attitude,ill try and be better and do better,and listen more in class, and study harder. >.<

today rubber band performed.i had stage fright.halfway through here without out,i freaked out and i cldnt sing for a while until i realised i was maluating myself and decided to sing.but i cldnt hear myself so i think i was really off.aiya i should have cracked some knock knock joke while stage frighting up there,then not so malu la. and people not so disappointed. (sorry everyone) i realised from charmaine i sing through my nose(!!!) WOW.like i didnt know my respiratory tract had the ability to produce sound!okay lame whatever. uhm yeah.supposed to sing from the stomach(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) okay haha.i need vocal training cuz i feel outta breath quite often.i tried singing softly cuz i was afraid people will go deaf due to my severe ability to deviate from correct tune,but alas!i could still be heard.! (sorry everyone again)

maybe i shouldnt sing already.ah nvm i shant rant cuz i guess it just adds to incoherence ah nvm.

yeah i feel this passion for running!!Coach sujit thinks i can win 1500m when i am in JC.that sounds so WOW.i really want to.i'm gng to work hard towards that goal.i hope i can.i wanna give my 100% and dedicate this to God.i ran 20minutes of stairs on wednesday,it was GREAT i must say.yeah i know i feel like dying, i asked for strength and i got it.Thank God.it was so cool my right leg couldnt stop shaking for a while.and today my right leg hurts so bad.i wonder why my left leg is fine.

ah i've been so mean to mommy and daddy.i feel bad.im really sorry.although they will never know this.they never know how much it hurts me when i do smth bad.well i am sorry.i'm sorry bryan too.i wanna start anew.

whatever happened today was a blessing in disguise.

when i got back my chem report, all i can say was that i really felt like crying.i felt so bad.that was cuz i had cheated.i had like copied stuff from the internet and put it in my introduction without quoting the sources.

i hadnt realised my mistake until today when dr Ng said i had plagarized.it really didnt occur to me that what i had done was wrong actually when i was doing my report.kinda ignorant huh.i felt that i was a criminal after she told me.i felt that i had let God down, doing something so wrong like that.

and i got a C.i did spend quite a lot of effort on it.i researched alot to find the right website when the best definitions that i could put in my report.i was thinking that dr ng probably thinks i am a cheater and complacent since all i did was copy.but really, i had no intention to cheat.dont know if anyone will believe me.i really hope dr ng would give me another chance.but i dont think she has a good impression of me now after all i have done.i really felt quite hopeless, and wondered about my purpose in this school.i thought i was getting back on the right track with God, until i screwed things up again.

i know it was only a chem report.but still, i felt like a big liar and cheater.

when i walked home, i decided to talk to Jesus about all this.all i can say that i think for the very first time, i have learnt how to trust God.i told Him i really needed Him to help me admidst the failures.i really wanted Him to help me have the faith in him.

and suddenly, i felt this warm assurance.i felt that yes although people might think i am a cheater or complacent, Jesus will never think that way of me.and i knew He forgave me for what i had done wrong.i somehow could feel His loving presence around me, that Godly strength i suddenly felt.i felt that no matter what people will think, God still loves me so much.i knew as long as i try my best,and even though people may think its not good enough, God is my audience of one. my best is for God's glory.my results are for Him alone.even though if i may fail, i know that God is pleased, because i gave my best for His glory. i really just want to offer my whole life for him, after what he has done for us.i felt the urge to just give my best for chem test next week, even though i may be blackmarked now, God knows i do give my best.i wanna dedicate everything i do for Him.

thats what Jesus told me today.i feel empowered.i really feel that yes, my God is mighty to save.and i really shall just serve Him alone, my one and only God.

that is my testimony today.

yesterday and half of today was bad.cuz i got pissed off by MATH and then my pmsing syndrome took over and then i was possessed.ah well.baaad.i need to look to God more often.must remind myself he loves me and will die for me!

hurhur physics today was super funny[for once man wow] mr lim seemed to be in a amazingly hyper mood, which was great of course.haha.i was dreading school today because of physics but it wasnt so baad after all. thank God of course.

OH YES.we had assembly today with the new teacher/the mslimjeeneesubstitute guy.oh my goodness he presses his mouth onto the mike and speaks in it.His voice could have reached like 20000decibels.and the worse thing is that when he suddenly speaks softly, his voice will then rise into this ear piercing crescendo soon after.it was very frightening.me mira and tiff were clutching our ears in fearful anticipation.

i bet i am half deaf now. hurhur.

today, David asked me whether i want to be baptized. there is gng to be like baptism in october for youths.wow i realised then that yeah i really really do want to be baptized, and God gave me this opportunity. got my aunt's and dad's approval. need mom's.woohoo so coool mannxx worxx wheex.
